Can you believe the things you say to yourself?

Can you believe the things you say to yourself?

Would you speak to someone else the same way to speak to yourself? Eeks. I don’t think so.

Do any of these phrases sound familiar?

“You aren’t good at that.”

“You will never be as successful as her.”

“Who do you think you are?”

“You’ll never be THAT attractive.”

“You’ll never get a decent job. They’ll figure out you are an imposter.”

“You should give up right now. Don’t even try.”

Put simply, “You aren’t enough.”

Sound familiar?

Why do we do this to ourselves? When I spoke to myself this way, and listened, I stayed silent in meetings, pursued only jobs beneath my abilities, never spoke my mind and shied away from networking. I lived in fear of being fired every day. Stress was always with me.

Guess what? You do not have to live your life this way!

  1. Here’s what you need to know:

This is your Inner Critic talking—a natural part of the human psyche. And here’s something you may not know, we ALL have one! Yes, even that gorgeous/handsome/successful/confident . . . person has it as well. Self-doubt can be crippling, keep us small and simply generic. We are afraid to show who we really are, what we’re made of, exhibit our strengths for fear of drawing attention or worse, criticism and embarrassment. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than anyone else and our demand for perfection means we usually give up without so much as an attempt.

  1. Here’s what’s possible!

Learn about your Inner Critic, face it’s ugliness, banish it and experience moments, which will grow in time to hours, days and more, of your true, amazing, confident and capable self. You are in there!

Your best self awaits . . .

  1. Here’s what will help!

I teach a technique in my workshops/webinars as well as individually in coaching sessions that reduces the Inner Critic/Saboteur/Gremlin/Dementer to a mere fraction of its former self. You can . . .

      • hear how the Critic operates (it can be tricky!)
      • put your Critic in a place where it can’t impact you
      • learn a technique to minimize its effect–for the rest of your life
      • activate your motivation to get past it and move forward

Register here and I’ll let you know when the next spot is available for the webinar.
